We are excited to welcome Benji Schwimmer to Edmonton for a special West Coast Swing workshop weekend on November 14 & 15, 2026, at Aldergrove Hall.
The weekend will include Saturday workshops, a Saturday-night social dance, and a special two-hour intensive with Benji on Sunday.

The Sunday Intensive is intended for experienced West Coast Swing dancers and instructors. To register, you must meet at least one of the following requirements:
If you believe the Intensive would be a good fit for you but you don’t meet the point or teaching requirements above, please email us with a little information about your WCS experience and why you’re interested in attending. We’ll review your request and let you know whether the Intensive is an appropriate fit.
You’ll be asked during registration to provide your WSDC number, information about where you teach, or note who approved your registration.
Please note: Purchasing a Sunday Intensive pass does not automatically confirm eligibility. Registrations will be reviewed, and if there are any questions about your eligibility, the event organizers will contact you directly.

Lunch must be purchased before October 30, and cannot be added on at the event.
Buffet Lunch Includes:
Friday evening lesson: Open to all levels, including absolute beginners.
Saturday & Sunday workshops: Designed for Novice dancers and up. Attendees should be comfortable with West Coast Swing fundamentals, including basic timing and rhythm.
No partner is required. We aim to maintain a balanced lead/follow ratio to ensure a great experience for everyone.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Social dance tickets for Friday and Saturday nights will be available for purchase at the door (subject to capacity).
